This includes collaborating with carriers, shippers, and other dispatchers to create win-win solutions for PSI and our customers.
Every day as Dispatcher you will Collaborate internally and across PSI to produce the best quality and service to our customers.
Identify backhaul opportunities.
Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules.
Track and report shipment status to customers.
Negotiate contract and pricing agreements with carrier.
