Human Resources Manager

Nidec Minster Corporation has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Manager in Minster, Ohio.
The HR Manager will contribute to the company's performance by partnering with our leadership team to build a culture of top talent attraction, development and retention.
The role will focus on enabling organizational capabilities to develop high-performing teams.

Job
Responsibilities:
Strategically aligns HR efforts to specific business needs, including coaching and developing leaders, team effectiveness, and trends that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.
Establish effective partnerships and communication with the business partners to ensure HR programs & processes are delivered and implemented consistently throughout the group.
Proactively manages and resolves employee relations issues; supports investigations, as needed, and provides organizational insights to make the highest quality decisions and mitigate operational risk.
Leads talent management processes to strengthen leadership and other talent pipelines and facilitates the performance management process within NP&A as the subject matter expert and provides training as necessary.
Enhances employee and leadership development throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; oversees development plans and succession planning.
Assists with talent acquisition and drives continuous improvement within the team, with a keen focus on operational excellence, process design, and candidate experience.
Works with leaders to encourage and foster a high-performing culture.
Responsible for leading ethics and compliance training and reporting at all NP&A sites Other tasks as assigned.
Must be willing to travel between our operational locations as needed (up to 10%).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a business-related discipline is preferred Previous HR experience with progressive roles increasing in responsibility Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization Strong project management, time management, organization, and communication skills Self-starter and able to work both in a team environment and independently.
Successful track record of designing and implementing programs Ability to analyze and present data to effectively influence data-driven business decisions Growth Mindset with the ability to shift and pivot in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
